We post your stickers using Royal Mail 1st Class, which aims to deliver the next day (excluding Sundays).

We only deliver to UK addresses.

Royal Mail 1st Class costs £1.25 for letters, but you've probably noticed we charge £1.99 for postage. The extra covers packaging and the time it takes us to pack orders and get them to the post office.

Returns & refunds

If you're not happy with your stickers for any reason, please let us know as soon as possible — up to 10 working days after delivery. We'll look into each case individually and decide whether a full or partial refund is due.

Because your stickers are personalised, we can't accept returns the way a normal retailer might. Refunds are only offered in cases of defect or error on our part.
